This extensive cleaning system, which we call our Detail-Clean Rotation System, which has been proven to be most effective.
How does our Builders Clean program work?
We provide Builders clean for both Single Storey homes and Double Storey Homes
The First clean is provided at lockup stage which involves washing all windows from the outside for both Single and Double Storey homes, this allows for fit-outs to begin and trades to complete caulking around the house
The Second clean is provided once painters have completed the painting of the house and allow for plumbing and kitchen fit-outs to take place.
The Third and final clean takes place when the house is ready to be handed over to the new owners, we will do a final clean which includes wiping all the benches, bathroom and toilet clean, vacuum all carpets and mop all the floors including window clean from inside and outside.
